A vinyl shirt is a t-shirt that has been customized with a design or logo using a process called vinyl t-shirt printing, also known as heat transfer vinyl (HTV) printing. In this process, a machine cuts out a design from a sheet of colored vinyl, and then a heat press transfers the vinyl onto the shirt. If you don’t want something in vinyl, it can be requested in DTF.

DTF printing stands for "Direct-to-Film" printing, which is a method where a design is printed directly onto a special film, and then transferred using heat to various materials like fabric, creating a finished design on the substrate; essentially, it's a type of heat transfer printing where the design is first printed on a film before being applied to the final product. 

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is a method of printing images and graphics directly onto fabric using specialized ink.

Sublimation printing is a digital printing method that uses heat and pressure to transfer a design onto a material.

UV DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a method that uses a UV printer to create adhesive stickers by printing on film with UV-curable ink.

Turnaround time is approximately 1 to 3 weeks for pressing and processing.

Shipping rates are based on your total order. Economy shipping ranges from $5.00 up to $8.00. When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information.

We use USPS and UPS depending on the weight and shipping destination.  All orders are shipped economy however other shipping options are available for an upgraded fee.

The sizes vary depending on apparel style and brands.  Each post on our website includes a size chart for the default brand.  If you are looking for a specific brand sizing, please email us with your request to sunshinesparklepa@gmail.com.

We send handle-with-care instructions with each order. Machine Wash Cold, Turn the Garment Inside Out, Do Not Tumble Dry, Do Not Iron on the Design, and Do Not Bleach.
